Networking is a way of life in Canada and is crucial to finding a role in your field of work. So, as a newcomer looking to build connections, whether you’re in your home country or Canada, it’s easy and convenient to set up virtual coffee chats or informational interviews with industry professionals. Sites like LinkedIn, Ten Thousand Coffees, Eventbrite and Meetup are excellent starting points for networking. Tip: For more helpful tips and advice to help you optimize your LinkedIn profile, and build your professional network strategically, read Top 10 tips to optimize your LinkedIn profile for job search in Canada and How to write compelling LinkedIn connection request messages. It is also recommended to have your elevator pitch ready – this will help you confidently answer the “tell me about yourself” question. If meeting in person, plan your travel and be sure to get your guest’s phone number as trying to communicate via email in case of an unexpected situation while travelling can be tricky. Tip: If you’re meeting your guest at a coffee shop, offer to buy them a drink of their choice. ![]() It is awkward to have your guest pay for the drink if you’ve asked them to take time out of their schedule and meet you.

I'd appreciate an acoustic engineer out there explaining us. Imho the more magnets(or the better) you use, the better control and less THD you manage. Well the diaphragm is being hold by edges in planars so might say it's harder to do with it. I believe it's harder to calm it down with a coil attached from behind only. So the diaphragm is not going unnecessarily back end forth like in DDs. I think the ones in front responsible for main kick towards the ear drum meanwhile the ones behind helping it take back to its origin. The ground is running through diaphragm and the magnets playing that pulling factor given certain energy coming through cable. I might be explaining wrong so please take this with a pinch of salt. Planars have that characteristic that the diaphragm will sit in its place much quicker than DDs. He should see also from the graph that there's a slight roll off in the lower end so it needs to be EQ a little bit to get the best out of it. It should be the case that not everything is 5/5, because when everything is 5/5, nothing is 5/5. Does that mean THE super hyped Blessing 2 is not a good IEM? And most IEMs in the last 6 months or so match or exceed that benchmark. Say, I put the Blessing 2 as the benchmark of 3/5 on various aspect. A deeper insertion causing the front facing part of the iem pointing outwards from the head. And the nozzle is not angled enough, causing the fit to be kind of weird. First impression of the Conch is that while the bass and treble are very good, the mids feels a bit thin. ![]() If you do, however, want to use the projector in your backyard or outside your camping tent but there’s no outlet in sight, you can still power it up via USB-C as long as you have a power station or portable battery pack handy. Though slightly larger than some of the mini projectors on this list, the XGIMI is an excellent choice for smaller rooms like your bedroom as it’s compact enough to fit comfortably on a nightstand but does unfortunately require a power source. Because the projector runs on Android TV, you can expect an easy-to-navigate interface when you’re ready to start streaming.Īnother feature we were fond of was the projector’s auto keystone correction, which did an excellent job at readjusting the image to avoid any obstacles and appear rectangular on the screen no matter how many times we moved it. The sound quality was just as impressive with built-in speakers that filled the room, and set up was a breeze. In testing, we found videos streamed via the XGIMI to be some of the most detailed and sharp on this list. If you’re looking for superior picture quality and optimal brightness for the price, look no further than the latest XGIMI MoGo 2. Though we do wish USB-C charging was supported, we appreciate that the included charger is compact and portable. With the Nebula Connect app streaming is made even easier all you have to do is use your phone as a remote and decide which Netflix series to binge next. In our tests, we found the set up and operation of the projector to be seamless, and the media interface powered by Android extremely intuitive to navigate. Our pros were impressed by the loud and crisp audio quality of the Capusle Max’s built-in speakers, which are so powerful that the device can double as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. We love that it features four hours of rechargeable battery life, making it a top choice for outdoor movie nights, camping trips or streaming anywhere in your home. Unlike more expensive models, it's so compact that it should fit into most backpacks or travel accessories so you can bring it with you on your next adventure to project movies and shows on the go.
